Join the Albany Chapter of the ACFE

By joining the Albany Chapter of the ACFE you get discounted registration on our events. Local ACFE Chapter membership is open to individuals of all job functions, industries and levels of experience who are interested in the prevention, detection and deterrence of fraud. Our mission is to support you by providing access to the knowledge, resources, and training you need to do your job now and at every stage of your career.

Being a member of the National ACFE does not automatically make you a member of the Albany Chapter of the ACFE. The Albany chapter is a separate membership. Please understand that the Albany Chapter receives no membership funds from the National ACFE and we must separately collect funds for the chapter's activities. Our Membership is calendar year based and annually renews on January 1.

Member (CFE) - $15.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Open to Certified Fraud Examiners interested in positioning themselves as leaders in the prevention, detection, deterrence and investigation of fraud. To become a CFE Member, you must have the CFE designation and be a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Associate Member - $20.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Open to non-CFEs interested in the prevention, detection, deterrence and investigation of fraud and fraud-related activities. To become an Associate Member, you must be a member of the ACFE, but do not have to hold the CFE designation.

Local Afilliate - $20.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Open to individuals who desire to align themselves with the Chapter but do not have a membership in the national ACFE.

Student - $10.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Open to undergraduate students enrolled in 9 semester hours (or equivalent), or graduate students enrolled in 6 semester hours (or equivalent) in an accredited college or university.
